Tessa - Patient Coordinator
Tessa, our Patient Care Coordinator, is a native of Charlotte and attended Independence High School. She loves being a mother to her four children. In her downtime she enjoys gardening, reading, and being outside as often as possible.
Patsy - Hygienist
Patsy, our Dental Hygienist, is a Charlotte native. She graduated from West Charlotte High School and received her Registered Dental Hygiene license from the Hygiene program at Central Piedmont Community College in 2005. Patsy is so excited to meet all of you and learn about your lives while also helping to educate about oral health.
When she’s not in the office, Patsy enjoys spending time with her husband John, daughter Faith, pomeranian (Teddy Bear), sister cats (AppleJack and Rainbow Dash), and bearded dragon (Scales). Patsy loves hiking, traveling, crafting, working in the yard, and listening to music.
Amanda - Dental Assistant
Amanda, our dental assistant and is a native to the Monroe area. She graduated from Charlotte Dental Assistant School and joined Nexus Dental in 2021.
Amanda loves getting to know each patient and making sure they are knowledgeable throughout every procedure for a comfortable and positive experience. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with her husband and son along with friends and family.
Tara - Office Manager
Tara, our Office Manager, joined the Nexus Dental team in 2018. She began her dental career 24 years after attending Pensacola Junior College for Business Management. Tara is originally from the sunny state of Florida where she grew up in the panhandle. Tara decided to make Stanly County her home and enjoys the small-town life. When Tara is not at work you will find her smiling while spending time with her husband and three children at a sporting event.
